Anxiety & Panic Attacks

Anxiety and panic attacks are very similar to each other yet both scary conditions to experience. With Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques, I will support and work with you to manage your anxiety/panic in a healthy way. 

Caregiver Burnout

Being a caregiver can be rewarding until it doesn't anymore. As a caregiver, when burned out can experience feeling tired, stressed, withdrawn, anxious and depressed. As a caregiver myself, I understand and I am here to support you through this tough time. 

Neurodiverse Individuals (ASD Level 1 / ADHD)

As a neurodiverse individual and mother to 2 neurodiverse children, I understand the challenges involved in supporting those with ASD (Level 1) and ADHD. I can help by understanding how your unique brain functions and providing tailored techniques to support your goals. 

Chronic Pain and Conditions

Having chronic pain and/or a chronic condition like diabetes, autoimmune, heart disease, cancer and many others is challenging and stressful. It can be a lonely place to be where your family and friends may not understand what you are going through. I am that person who will listen with compassion and understanding as we work towards your therapy goals. 

Stress Management

Stress is the body's reaction to any challenge or demand, which can be psychological, physical, or emotional. Some stress can be motivating; however, too much stress at once and/or for too long can be unhelpful. I will support you by teaching you stress management techniques including CBT and DBT techniques. 

Self-Esteem Building

Self-esteem is the overall sense of personal worth and value, encompassing confidence in one's abilities, attributes, and morals . It is a fundamental aspect of mental wellbeing that influences many areas of life, including relationships, professional success, and mental health. With a variety of psychotherapy techniques, I will support your healing and growth in building your self-esteem. 

Grief & Loss

A loss of any kind is overwhelming. Anything from losing a loved one, a pet, your house, your job and so on. Grief can affect people in many ways, causing emotions like sadness, anger, and shock, and can manifest physically with symptoms such as fatigue, headaches, or trouble sleeping. I am here to be that shoulder you can cry on and that ear to listen all while supporting you through this challenging time.
